There, among picturesque alleys and local producers we will choose together the freshest ingredients. Then we head to the restaurant, where fire takes center stage. In a historic neoclassical building from 1903, built on a Venetian bastion, every corner brings you closer to the spirit of the island. From the open kitchen, where the flames create rich aromas, to the balcony and courtyard overlooking the sea, you will feel authentic family hospitality and the taste of local ingredients.
